Description
What power do we as individuals have to affect the kind of change we’d like to see in our profession? How can we make our work and our world more inclusive and equitable? What opportunities and challenges does digital scholarship offer? Our values inform the way we interact with others, the projects we choose to work on, the collections we build, the partnerships we form, the tools and services we design, and the research we conduct. Based on her recent research on library diversity and feminist leadership praxis, Jennifer talked about how we influence and shape the world around us through the everyday choices we make.
