Aims and Scope
The Macalester Journal of Physics and Astronomy publishes original scientific research completed by physics and astronomy majors at Macalester College. All articles are peer-reviewed by fellow students and by faculty members in the Department of Physics and Astronomy. These manuscripts represent the final product of the senior capstone requirement; honors theses are given special recognition. Each graduating senior presents these results in a public forum.
