During this hands-on session, participants will create a library Web site using a free blog. The basics of setting up an account, using the administrative interface, creating and editing pages and posts, and adding special features will be covered. This session will be appropriate for small libraries without a tech department or tech budget and for school libraries. Such a site could be used as a main portal for a small public library, as a project site for a school class or organization, or as a teen project for a public or school library.
