Description
On April 17, 2014, the DeWitt Wallace Library published Professor Sears Eldredge’s book Captive Audiences/Captive Performers, the first open access, multimedia e-book published by the library. Professor Eldredge’s groundbreaking investigation is about the theatrical performances of POWs in South East Asian WWII camps, and the critical role they played in the survival of 61,000 prisoners.
