Macalester Today’s overarching goal is to be a readable, engaging magazine that strengthens readers’ ties to Macalester College. We seek to build pride and loyalty by impressing readers with the quality of Macalester’s faculty, students, staff, and alumni; to address timely and important higher education issues; to persuade readers to become active supporters of Macalester’s educational mission; and to do all this through a publication that offers consistently high-quality editorial content, photography, and design.
