Description
This workshop will provide participants methods to conduct a mobile web usability study for either libraries’ mobile sites or applications. This session will examine the differences of usability testing between tablets, smartphones, and desktop workstations, how these differences alter cognitive walkthrough mobile usability testing, and the different options to capture mobile user data. Ultimately, attendees will have an opportunity to conduct a brief usability test with one another.
