In the past ten years, the Dakota County Library system has gone from offering free public computer classes at one location to all nine branches. Without hiring dedicated teaching staff, DCL offers a variety of classes, from basic computer and Internet topics to databases, searching and Microsoft Office, which are taught by all librarians in either a built-in or mobile computer lab.
