Description
Staff knowledge and skills related to technology vary widely. The project is an attempt to develop and implement a program to bring all staff up to a level of technology competency required for their position within the library. The development phase involves defining knowledge and skills required for everyone on staff; then defining particular competencies specific to each staff position. The implementation phase involves general and specific training followed by evaluation of the training.
